The people that work there are the most disrespectful kind of human beings I have ever met in my life. The older woman veterinarian has the worst attitude and talks down to you like you're below her. I asked her simple questions and she gave me such rude, snarky remarks I wanted to just leave.
My cat had to have blood work done and it turned out his kidneys are failing. She knew we didn't have much money and she just told us there was nothing she could do and just smirked and gave my cat back. She had no remorse. She said he would be dead within a couple weeks and she didn't want to run IVs on him because he possibly couldn't have gotten into any poison to make his kidneys not function properly. It turns out she didn't tell us anything about a kidney infection. I've put him on antibiotics now and he's doing ten times better.
She did not do any effort to help us and rushed us out. This woman is hateful and other family members have also had issues with her. The staff is also very rude.
For the sake of your animal's well being, do not go here. They do not care about you or your animal. Find a nice vet that will actually HELP you and be sympathetic and try their best to find a solution!
