They also will just walk in your room whenever they WANT TO. If you do not answer the door (i.e. in the shower, just getting out of shower, not dressed etc.) they will just walk in if they have knocked and you do not answer the door. Furthermore, after they walk in, they just stand there and stare at you. It's just so disrespectful. Most pepole would back out of the room and say, "I'm so sorry I was coming for houskeeping and I didn't think anyone was in there I thought you checked out!" NOPE! They just stand there and wait it's ridiculous. They turned the pool room into a room where they slide matresses and other things but advertise they have a pool and more expensive than those whom actualy do have a pool. Don't waste your time or money. Not a fan by any means. Neil the owner and "manager"/employee is the rudest, DISHONEST, most disrespectful person I have ever known and I pray to God I never come into contact with someone like him again! We had to stay there weekley a while during our moving process and he was unbareable. He got mad I misunderstood his accent and said, "God this fu-----g bi--- has to go then still repeatedly cursed me with my kids in the room. He was calling MY room to inquire "about the story" for the rent and I just told him I didin't know because I thought my boyfriend has already resolved it. So I called him and asked him to call Neil the manager to figure out what THEY already worked out. He did and that's when Neil told him I cursed HIM. I was more than livid and at this point I could have! He is the rudest, nastiest, most dishonest and disrespectful person and "manager" I have come to know. His practices of being a manager are beyond incompetent as well as communication. DO NOTTTTTTTTTT STAY HERE! PLEASE! Take your money to HONEST RESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!! Call Howard Johnson on Warrenton Road or Econo Lodge Near Fredericksburg 5321 Jeff Davis Highway FIRST! They are cheaper NICER, more honest, they actually have a pool and breakfast!! Super Value is a bad choice. DO NOT STAY THERE.
