Woman Sets Up Male Friend for Armed Robbery

A Spotsylvania resident intending to help a female friend was allegedly robbed by that woman and two other men. The Spotsylvania resident reported a female friend picked him up at his home at about 3:10 a.m. Nov. 15 and drove to the Sheetz at 2001 Carl D Silver Parkway in order to put gas in her car, according to Fredericksburg Police Public Information Officer Natatia Bledsoe. The victim gave the female money for the fuel. After paying the clerk, the female started talking to two male subjects standing outside the doors of the business.
