Nicholls To Auction 38 Acres Off Gordon Road
The Betty Lou Anderson estate is up for auction.
Nicholls Auction will be auctioning of a 38-acre property off Gordon Road in Spotsylvania County as part of the Betty Lou Anderson estate. The property has a three-bedroom, 1,100-square-foot home with a detatched garage that is in need of some repairs and several outbuildings. The home has new windows, doors, a hot water heater and an oil furnace heat. Air conditioning needs to be added but there are vents and duct work installed. In 2007, the property was approved for a preliminary plat for a seven-home subdivision.
