ARMED ROBBERY: 1400 block Franklin St, 12/2 9:00 p.m. A resident reported that he was loading an item into the trunk of his car when he felt someone touch him on the shoulder. The victim turned around to see a male subject pointing a handgun in his face. The suspect demanded the victim’s wallet and the victim complied by handing it over. The suspect was last seen running on Monument Avenue in the direction of Sunken Road. The suspect was described as a dark-skinned black male in his 20s, approximately 5’10” – 6’ tall, with short hair and wearing a dark colored shirt…
