Fredericksburg All Ages held its first of eight outdoor summer concerts at Market Square in downtown Fredericksburg. The shows are every Thursday through July 26.
More than 100 people, mostly local youth and parents, attended the first of eight outdoor concerts in Market Square in downtown Fredericksburg hosted by Fredericksburg All Ages on Thursday night. Fredericksburg All Ages is a nonprofit all-ages music project in Fredericksburg that is dedicated to youth empowerment, youth leadership and affordable music and arts programming. The bands Danner, Rule 1 and the Bassic Needs were on the schedule to play. The night was called early because of a storm that passed through Fredericksburg. "Come back to Market Square next Thursday for our next show--hopefully this time the weather gods will be supportive of rock and roll," FAA posted on its Facebook page.
