At 64 feet long and 12.4 feet wide, it's the narrowest house Angstadt Building and Remodeling has ever built.
Angstadt Building and Remodeling Company recently completed the narrowest house they've ever built. The property at 612 George St., for sale by owner, had been in a family for about 60 years and stood vacant for about 15 years, according to Kristopher Angstadt, president. "It had a huge hole in the ceiling and a huge hole in the floor," he said. "It had a second story, but it was literally on a slant of about three feet. When you walked in, you thought it was literally going to collapse; it was dangerous," he said. Angstadt and his team 'spec' homes. When he saw the little house, he had ideas.
