Three Assaulted Outside Plank Road Wawa
Fredericksburg police incidents reported through Jan. 15.
The City of Fredericksburg Police Department provided the following information. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. ASSAULT: Wawa, 2390 Plank Rd, 1:15 a.m. Tuesday: Three Spotsylvania residents, ages 18-21, reported they were walking out of the Wawa when they were assaulted by a group made up of approximately five males and three females. The three victims were all forced to the ground and punched and kicked until the assailants broke up and left in various vehicles. One of the victims had his cell phone and Raiders ball cap stolen during the fight.
