Verizon 4G Network Expanding To Fredericksburg Area
Verizon is expanding its 4G long-term evolution network to Fredericksburg, the majority of Stafford County and north Spotsylvania.
Fredericksburg, most of Stafford County and northern Spotsylvania County now have Verizon's 4G LTE network, which started Thursday May 17. Verizoz Wireless officials said that customers will be able to stream video, share music and photos, download files and surf the web at high speeds. Our neighborhood out in KG has Fios wired, and a rep. came out to talk to us about the TV service probably a year and a half ago (to tell us it was not coming anytime soon essentially).
