No suspects or witnesses at this time. 100 block of Hickock Circle, Oct. 8 – 9, 6 a.m. A resident reported that the tires on both of his vehicles were punctured. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 1900 block of Plank Road, Oct. 5 – 9, 4:40 p.m. The business owner reported that an unknown person damaged the frame surrounding the window in the front door. FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2011 BURGLARY: 100 block Kings Mill Dr, Nov. 15 5:00 p.m. – 5:40 p.m. A resident reported that a computer and other items of value were stolen from the home. There was no sign of forced entry to the residence. The investigation is ongoing. LARCENY: 200 block Hillcrest Dr, Nov. 12 – Nov. 14 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that the radio was stolen from his wife’s vehicle and a DVD and handheld game were stolen from his. FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2011 BREAKING AND ENTERING: 800 block College Ave, Nov. 2 9:00 p.m. A resident reported that he was upstairs asleep in his room and was awakened by the sound of someone entering the home. The resident called out “Who’s there?!”, and a male voice answered that he was the police and not to come downstairs. The resident did proceed to the first floor and saw an unknown male subject in his living room, but the intruder fled from the home immediately and responding officers were unable to locate him. FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2011 ARRESTS: Brandon Jones, 25, of Stafford was arrested for unlawful entry, aggravated malicious wounding, and assault (domestic violence incident). Mandy Seganakis, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of schedule I,II narcotics. Lenetta Gilbert, 43, of Locust Grove was arrested for trespassing. Charles Tate, 50, of no fixed address was arrested for drinking in public.
