An Army brat, I've lived all over the world but after 22 years here, Fredericksburg is truly home.

For the last twenty years, I have worked as a psychotherapist specializing in couples and trauma therapy. I have a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master's in Divinity and have been part of the downtown Presbyterian Church since we first arrived.

 I believe how we relate to others always matters. Poor relationship skills cause needless problems and are quite easily resolved with the right training and information. 

I am available for motivational speaking as well as personal and group coaching and workshops.
