First Night Fredericksburg Street Closures, Events, Map

First Night Fredericksburg takes place 6 p.m. - 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, with music, food and entertainment. A map of the festival area and a program of all events are attached to this story in .pdf format.

The following streets will be closed Dec. 31, 2013, for the celebration:

• The 100 block of George Street will close at 3 p.m.
• The 600 - 900 blocks of Sophia St., the 100 block of Charlotte St. and the 100 block of Hanover St. will close at 5 p.m.

These streets will remain closed until 3 a.m. Jan. 1.

The parking lots along Sophia Street will be closed from 6 a.m. Dec. 31 through 3 a.m. Jan. 1.

Regular parking restrictions in all downtown parking lots are in effect throughout the event. Be mindful of the posted signs.
