Attempted Carjacking on Park Hill Drive

ATTEMPTED CARJACKING:
500 block Park Hill Dr, 8/23 11:15 p.m. A Milford resident reported that an unknown male attempted to steal his vehicle. The victim and the suspect struggled resulting in the suspect fleeing on foot. The suspect was described as a white male with a stocky build, approximately 5’11” – 6’1”, and 180 - 200 pounds. He was wearing a long black shirt, black sweat pants, a red bandana and had a Mohawk style haircut with color on the tips.


FRAUD:
Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 8/23 3:15 p.m. An Arlington County resident reported an unknown person made unauthorized purchases using her credit card. No suspects or witnesses at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
600 block Forest Village, 8/23 4:40 p.m. A visitor reported an unknown male stole clothes from the laundry room. The investigation is ongoing.

200 block Forest Village, 8/24 6:00 p.m. A resident reported an unknown person stole her wallet from her apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

2200 block Plank Rd, 8/23 5:00 p.m. A resident reported the temporary tags on her vehicle were stolen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 8/23 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a safe from her apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

300 block William St, 8/24 12:30 a.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported two cell phones were stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1100 block Townsend Blvd, 8/24 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that a quantity of cash and a pair of shoes were stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Princess Anne St, 8/24 – 8/25 9:15 a.m. A resident reported that his camera was stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1200 block Princess Anne St, 8/25 1:50 p.m. A resident reported a quantity of cash and other various items were stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

3300 block Plank Rd, 8/25 5:15 p.m. A Louisa resident reported that an unknown person broke in to her vehicle and stole her purse. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
200 block Duke St, 8/23 7:00 a.m. A resident reported an unknown person damaged tires on two vehicles. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 8/23 11:00 a.m. A Locust Grove resident reported an unknown person damaged the window of her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Horseshoes and Handgrenades, 1009 Princess Anne St, 8/22 – 8/23 12:00 p.m. The owner reported the lock on the front door of the business had been damaged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1200 block Sunken Rd, 8/19 – 8/24 8:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged the top and driver’s side of his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

800 block Denton Cir, 8/25 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person flattened a tire and scratched his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
