Break-In at Five Guys

And other Fredericksburg crimes in the Jan. 27, 2014, police report.

BURGLARY:

Five Guys, 1661 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 1/15 12:50 a.m. Police responded for an alarm activation and found the front door shattered. Although there was evidence that someone entered the building, nothing appeared to have been stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

400 block Cobblestone Dr, 1/23 – 1/24 6:45 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole DVDs and a quantity of cash from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Mary Washington Hospital, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, 1/25 – 1/26 7:40 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown person stole his bicycle from the rack outside the parking garage. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

Sport and Health, 1191 Central Park Blvd, 1/25 8:00 a.m. – 10:35 a.m. A patron reported that an unknown person smashed a window on her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Brenda Boudreau-Jones, 43, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1900 block of Augustine Avenue.

Laura Rister, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 2300 block of Plank Road.

Juan Diaz Reyes, 31, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI and possession of cocaine in the 500 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

ARRESTS:
Kimberly Bell, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Meghan Nestor, 19, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Venetia Pierre, 26, of Spotsylvania was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Gregory Benson, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Dustin Pritchett, 32, of Spotsylvania was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Antonio Argueta-Marquez, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested for public intoxication.
