Resident Reported Firearm Stolen from Home

Crimes reported by the Fredericksburg Police Department on September 25, 2013. Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

BURGLARY:
1100 block Townsend Blvd, 9/24 – 9/25 10:40 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person forced the lock on his apartment door and stole a firearm and other items of value from the premises. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
100 block Greystone Ct, 9/22 – 9/23 9:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person entered her unlocked and vehicle and stole prescription medication. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Walmart, 1800 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 9/25 1:00 p.m. A shopper reported that an unknown person stole her purse from her shopping cart. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:
Anthony Turner, 22, of Arlington was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Jordan Johnson, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Caroline and Hanover Counties charging her with larceny and forgery.

Kenneth Powell, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and destruction of property.

Matthew Huntley, 28, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.

Conrad Schantzen, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.

Raymond Dunning, 49, of no fixed address was arrested for aggravated assault.
