Suspicious Male Arrested Outside Parkside Elementary
Antonia Perrin was charged with trespass on school property, among other charges.
The Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office responded to Parkside Elementary, 5620 Smith Station Rd., on Dec. 3 for the report of a suspicious male on school property.
"Deputy Davies encountered the suspect in the roadway, near the intersection of Massaponax Church Road and Smith Station Road, Capt. Jeff Pearce, sheriff's office spokesperson, said. "While advising the man he was a traffic hazard and asking him to step to the side of the roadway, the man punched Deputy Davies."
Deputies took the subject into custody, and he refused to identify himself.
He was charged with three counts of felony assault on law enforcement, trespass on school property, disorderly conduct and false ID to law enforcement, Pearce said.
The subject was later identified by his fingerprints as Antonia Perrin, 30 of Spotsylvania. He is currently incarcerated at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
