2 Fredericksburg Residents Arrested on Narcotics Violation
The Fredericksburg Police Special Equipment and Tactical Team made the arrests.

NARCOTICS VIOLATION:
300 block Charles St, 9/25 11:55 p.m. Detectives and members of the Special Equipment and Tactical Team (SETT) executed a search warrant and arrested two occupants of the residence.
Bryant Dewayne Davis, 44, of Fredericksburg, was arrested for two counts of possession with intent to distribute schedule I, II narcotics and failure to comply with a court order.
Cleveland Green, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of schedule I, II narcotics.
Davis and Green were incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.
LARCENY:
1700 block Charles St, 9/25 - 9/26 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke a window on his vehicle and stole an iPod from inside. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1400 block Winchester St, 9/26 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke a window on his vehicle and stole an iPod from inside. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Elizabeth Ruthven, 56, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.
Christopher Davis, 18, of Alexandria was arrested on warrants from Fairfax charging him with probation violation, obstruction of justice, and making threats to harm.
Aline Washington, 46, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
